Home late last night from a couple of weeks away working and down to Stonehaven for lunch at the Marine Hotel in perfectly normal Scottish spring sunshine.

I was in my green 3W this afternoon on an outing from Burntisland. At Kelty I was coming up to the motorway junction and could have sworn a red 3W went down the slip road. I pulled behind but it was well gone. Am still running it in so didn’t give chase. Was I imagining it!

Not your imagination. Guilty as charged, I was at a track day at Knockhill this morning and that would have been me heading for home.

So you have Track Day organisers in Scotland that allow 3-wheelers onto a circuit with other cars Calum?! Outrageous! Hope you had a good day - looking forward to Curburough immensely.

Beautiful Spring day in the Quercy today.

Nice to be out in some warm air for a change.

The M3W now sporting its new French registration plate. All done on line now over here and surprisingly quick and easy - thanks to Brands Hatch Morgans for providing the necessary paperwork.

I'm also trying to register my Mini which seems to be more difficult !

Went for a run on Monday 9th to The Lecht Ski Centre (A939). A lovely clear day with dry roads plus light traffic. There was snow lying on the side of the road in places & the ski lifts were working. I dont ski so no worry carrying skis. There is a great section of single track road on the A939 as you turn off A93 west of Ballater. Its very twisty & humpy followed by a steep packhorse bridge
About a mile from the ski centre there was a dead donkey on the road side, how it got there I've no idea. I know its not long since Easter but there was no evidence of palm leaves.
