Let us hope that the up coming court case means that they have to compensate UK owners that have had the eco mod but their cars suddenly stop.

It does still represent a shocking waste of raw materials, I am sad that they cannot just be re-rated and sold at a discount so they see out their life for someone even if it is less efficient.
