Why not fit an anti tramp bar they are not expensive

How much weight do anti tramp bars add? Is it in total more than 20kg for two of them?

You only need one. I can't imagine that is 20 kgs.

How much weight do anti tramp bars add? Is it in total more than 20kg for two of them? 1.75 lb each. 3.25 lb 2ea. Not hard to install using Mulberry's Kit. If I did not have interference with driveline/tunnel I would not use them. My Rover 3.9 does not produce over 200HP. But My 5 leaf rear springs are pretty limber (soft). Roadsters have only one rod. Seem to work ok but I will use two because I have two.

I had one Anti Tramp bar in a 2010 Roadster and also just one in the P4SS. Regarding both cars I asked my garage to fit a second one. With only one ATB hard acceleration never was in a straight line without steering corections. If ATB at all I would go for two of them.

You only need one. I can't imagine that is 20 kgs. I would advise you to check the front mounting bolt on your anti tramp bar for bending and causing the front mounting loop on your spring to develop hairline cracks. On my Roadster the spring broke and the mounting bolt snapped and it was all caused by only having one anti tramp bar putting side pressure on the mountings. New better quality springs and removing the anti tramp bar ( not needed unless racing and two would be better) solved the problem. Don't have any tramping even at full gas. Jim.

Didn't later Roadsters have two anti-tramp bars as standard? Perhaps just the 3.7? (Haven't read DaveW's book yet  ).

I have in my 2014 4/4 definitely too soft leaf springs. Adjustable Avo dampers help very well since three years, so that the springs do not puncture. I've had these leaf springs in the following link on my shelf for two years. But I'm not sure if the installation is worth the money. http://www.williamspartsshop.co.uk/williams-torque-resistant-leaf-springs---pair-1098-p.aspHas anyone had any experience with it? good or bad...Someone told me they could be too soft. In my case the Avo dampers have helped that the springs do not touch, but they cannot help that the cardan touches the car when I accelerate with HP plus tuned engine with full tank and with two occupants. Who has the leaf springs I have on the shelf (see the link) and can tell his experiences? Or should I trade them for these 4 seater 4 blade springs before I invest money in the installation? My car is in the shop to get the wing exchanged. So I thought they also could change the leaf springs because the original springs are too soft IMHO. The shop recommended to make a measurement before mounting the new springs. I wanted to reach two goals, make the car a little more robust due to slightly stronger springs and secondly have a solution against winding up of the leaf springs under hard acceleration. The result of the measurement is not so positive in my view. The forces are almost comparable. So I think there is no change of drivability. Here are the graphs. The first one is a standard new 4/4 spring and the one below is the asymmetric anti torque leaf I bought from Williams. So I will keep the original one for a while and I decide to go with the Mulfab four seater four leaf spring. Are there comparable graphs regarding the Mulfab spring? Just out of interest. Of course for me it is enough to know if many of you are satisfied when using the Mulfab springs. Sorry for typos, I write this with an iPhone.

The shop also said that the car would be higher over ground at the back when using the asymmetrically springs.
When mounting the Mulfab 4seater springs at the 4/4 would the hight also rise? Would I need different mounting blocks of another size?
