Hello again.
Thanks for all your good wishes. Nothing less than I would have expected on here.
I should have said a big thank you to all for the many, many hours of entertainment as well as the knowledge gained on here.
Thanks also to Simon for providing the site.
Best wishes
Mogdavid

Good luck on the voyage to choosing your car, don't leave it too long.

Hi Brownbaker
I went to a Devamog Thursday late last year.
Was thinking of popping along tomorrow, if I can get there. Might meet you, if I make it.
Thanks

Welcome David, I bet you feel great to stop lurking. I have a 1992 plus 4 and I am happy that this era of models have far less electronics to go tits up.

Welcome from Canada, and from the owner of a blue 4/4 4-seater! Not quite baby blue, and CVH rather than Fiat-engined, but I think your choice in ideal car is to be highly commended

Welcome to TM. Good luck with your quest.
There are two 4/4 4 seaters in the current Miscellany - and I don’t think the cheaper of them is too far from you (I know the car - its well looked after) - see bottom of page 62. HiPaul I do like the sound of the car you mention, except the BRG colour. Once I'm in the market for a car, something like this would be of interest (especially in another colour). I like the sound of the engine, also the suspension upgrades and am not put off by the GRP wings - less worry than hand formed aluminium. Thanks and best wishes

Hi David and welcome.
Westover Sports Cars in Poole have a very low mileage 4/4 4 seater with lovely mulberry leather (but BRG paint which I know you were less keen on). Sales manager conceded that they had priced it on the high side... So who knows what offers they would entertain. Sadly not offers from me, I was there to dribble over something Italian...
