At the top you have a button that says "Active Topics", which will show you all the 'Threads' that are currently being discussed. Or you can use the "Main Index" button to look into each individual Subsection (like Aero 8, Traditional, Morgan Arms, etc).

As I said, just ask if we can help in anyway to explain any aspect of the site.

Actually I was just editing my profile and noticed that one section talked about the URL for my Avtar. Presume this means that the jpg has to be on a website somewhere rather than me just uploading an image?

Yes, that's the way it works BUT, I can host it for you if you want to e-mail me the avatar.
