Three weeks away - Anyone getting excited yet?
Got what you need to take to drive in France 🇫🇷. Please feel free to add to the list.
a. Driving Licence
b. European Breakdown cover
c. Light beam deflectors
d. Breathalyser kit & spare
e. Euro triangle
f. Tabards
g. Original Registration documents.
h. Helmet reflective sticker.
i. European Insurance.
j. Spare lamps
k. Micro-fuses
l. Under bonnet locker & small toolkit.
Where, and how, do you guys affix a GB sticker to the car or is one not needed? Pick car up from dealer today (with its replacement coul) and am really looking forward to my first trip abroad in a M3W (my 2013 car not being reliable enough to take on longer trips 🙁). Many thanks.

Many thanks. If car does not have a GB symbol on the number plate than you are supposed to have a GB sticker, I fix mine either to my rack, or the rear lights (see pics below) others put them on the body below the central reflector.   In both instances mine are fixed to a piece of flat plastic then fitted to the car with double sided foam tape.

My satnav seems to think it will take us five and a half hours to get from Oxford to Ashford (avoiding motorways) so we’ll be heading out fairly early tomorrow. Here’s to an incident free journey down! 🤞🤞
