Probably someone from Kent - giving way to cars already on a roundabout seems to have become optional for a certain 'class' of driver. I see it daily & that is not an exaggeration. By contrast, we notice standards in Dorset are nowhere near as anti-social.

In Bucks they will be the elderly person going at a steady 40 mph whatever the speed limit. Plus they always have right of way!

Sadly that sort of thing happens on a daily basis now on my commute to and from work
The roads are just so congested and the traffic so constant that stupid people no longer wait and instead pull out when there is the merest of gaps or when there isn’t a gap and completely misjudge it
I don’t know what the answer is and my prediction is it’s going to get worse - more cars, more idiots or unsafe drivers

Stuart there are good drivers in Kent !! This person needs an advanced driving or rospa course re tests every 5 years might focus the mind!

I notice alot of people have a problem turning their heads!
Probably best vechile to drive is a battered old Landie they will stay out of the way.
When I go to Manchester I am watching all the time for the deliberate accident people which is rife . I never exit a junction until the person coming towards you makes the turn. Even if they flash you.

Very worrying ! I wonder wether the people with no necks to turn will accept the dash cams evidence or wether they will still deny it happened ?

Happens a lot in my corner of Surrey - a huge number of drivers, normally elderly, have absolutely no idea how a mini roundabout works. They will either sit there until there is no traffic at all, or just shoot out.
