Hello out there!
I need New Tyres for My MK 1 Roadster. It is fnitter with Yokohama 205/65 15 since new and they have worked fine. However is there someone WHO for some reason have any
suggestions for annother brand I Will appreciate it.

Hi Dave.
We had 12 days in Scotland without rain during daytime. We played six rotundas of golf.
However, I just Noticed two sportscars, one MGB and one Jaguar XJS Cab.
Where are all The Morgans?
Googlade on Avon Tyres. But there seem to be a lot of different typens in with our dimensions. So I was a bit confused.

On my Roadster I moved onto Toyo Proxies T1R, they did over 30,000 miles no problem and were only changed as they were 6yrs old. They did 'flat spot' a bit when parked up for a couple of weeks.
Then tried Continental Premium Contact 5, which get good reviews in independent tests, did another 10,000 on those no problem, very little wear evident. The bonus of these is they do a FR version which is a 'rim protect' band which slightly projects from the sidewall to save kerbing your expensive wheels.
Mine was on 16 inch wires, so not all brands may do 15 & 16

I’ve recently fitted Vredestein Sportrac 5s to my Roadster and am very pleased with the grip.

Given your cooler climate I would have a look at Vredestein Quatrac 5 tyres, they are all season, in fact that's what I am thinking of replacing mine with soon as mine is used year round.

I am about to put new onto my Plus8.
I put Yokohama Cdrives on last time. Good tyres. I am struggling to find exact newer ones though.
205/15/60 isn’t on their list. Only lower profile versions so not an option...ground clearance is low as it is!
Starting to trawl the makes for suitable tyres.
