I was once told that undertakers use paraffin to clean the hearse and fleet. Very good on black paint apparently.
The source was reliable but I never checked it out.

I have worked in a big company where we made diesel motors, propellers, gears for big ships, big presses and a lot of different equipments. We never use lubricant with bronze, because bronze like cast iron is "self_lubricating". You don’t get precise sizes and good surface finish. Have a look on a lot of photos or videos on the net of bronze machining and you can see that they generaly don't use lubricant. Special lubricants generaly mixed with water are used only with hight speed machining essentialy to cool the parts in this case. The brother in law of my daughter is machinist and works as supplier for Airbus and Dassault and other companies. He confirms that they work dry if they want to get precision and good surface finish. But if you get a good result with your lubricant, there is no problem and the precision for the KP on a Morgan is not the micron. cf §4.6 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reamer#Lubrication

The source was reliable but I never checked it out. One of my mates is the local undertaker! I’ll ask him.

I bought some paraffin for cleaning a while ago but when I opened it, it was quite viscous and I feared it would just smear and not evaporate so dumped it
Actually I think it’s still in the shed as I don’t know how to dispose of it properly

I used nothing when I ream bronze bushes. I also took very light cuts to not stress the reamer. I use a very good reamer with pilot.
For Vesconite I use a cheap reamer with pilot that is preset.
I like Vesconite!
I also like DEVOL using Bill Beck's information as to clearance. I have a spare set of Devol bushes. Have replaced the KP's but not the Devol bushes. At 50,000 miles. Devol hold grit that damage the chrome on the KP's. Use seals and gaiters.
Always use Hard Chrome, never Stainless.
