Not a place to stay but there are many hotels nearby. This is a fish restaurant in the V&A harbour front in Cape Town with fabulous views.  They focus on Belgian beer, S African wine & fish.

Likewise Graham, mind you it was 1975 when we flew out of Capetown for the last time after the 3 year contract with SAAF finished and we looked for pastures new.
