12000km is good milage for a preowned M3W.
Most of the starting issues should have been straightened out.

When you go for a test drive make sure you go far enough to get everything good and hot. If there are going to be any nasty noises this will bring them out.

I will add to this with my favorite quote, which I use often and to great effect: I bought a British, hand-built, barely street legal race car. What was I thinking? Reliable? My Toyota is reliable. And boring.
The Morgan 3 Wheeler is not!
What's your mileage? Who cares. Is it practical? See #1. What happens when it rains? You get wet.

As Michael H said a front facing HD rectifire without bobbins will do fine & also be a lot cheaper than a Morgan replacement.
My car had the bolt in chassis brace fitted for free but still the chassis cracked just behind the top suspension mount. I had a replacement chassis at no cost even though out of warranty on my July 2013 car. Take a small mirror & torch with you & check the chassis tubes behind the suspension mounts.
Take some waterproof trousers with you even if dry to keep the wind off. If you have large feet take your narrowest shoes as there is not much space between the pedals.

Tim I guess that when a chassis breaks Morgan replaces it for free even if the warranty has expired. If I had a chassis brace kit on this doesn't mean I will not have a new chassis in case I will need a new one. Am I right or maybe I missed something ?

MMC seem to take sensible view on chassis replacement regardless of warranty or whether the chassis brace has been fitted or not.

I think one of the US owners needed a replacement chassis & initially MMC expected him to ship the car to the factory but seem to remember that they came to some arrangement for a dealer to do it.
