I’m currently sat down watching Switzerland v Brazil. Outrageous first goal for Brazil. The ball’s trajectory appeared to defy the laws of physics!

no matter how bad germany plays, i'm in. it is a pleasure to see the brazilians, spaniards and portuguese. and also the surprise teams like Peru and Mexico. There's more to come. Let's see how Sweden plays tomorrow and then we can go home in time.

Oh, and Simon: there was nothing unusual about Coutinho's goal for Brazil. I've seen him score the exact same one against Southampton on two occasions.
