My car has the same rack with the moveable rail. I have never had to open it to get side-screens in, though, despite the high level brake light restricting the gap. Just insert it with Morgan bag logo correct way up but tilted and rotated as it gets positioned. A key point is inserting the screens into the bag.....get the curvature right.....curve inwards as this makes the bag narrower. I have tightened the moveable bar screw end pretty tight with fibre washers as it did work loose once and nearly dropped off. Tommy bar tight!

Hi again. Just a follow up. Tried to fit the side screens in the rack a few days ago. Looked like this. Just a follow up question. Is the idea that you can drive around like this? Wouldn't the screens rattle around and get damaged? Best regards.

They should be fine in that cover you have - as long as there is still a “foam” sheet between them.

As long as there is the foam-sheet between the screens things should be ok. I must say a dark screen cover looks better than a oink one. (Personal preference only!) I would hide it behind a suitcase. And the memsahib insists to keep the sidescreens on...

Just buy a piece of foam to place between the screens. I have the foam separator in mine, it is a loose sheet, quite flimsy and certainly not worth buying a new bag for.

When not in/on the car I hang the bag in the garage using a coat hanger. Open the zip enough to get the hanger in, zip closed so just the hook part sticks out. Works with or without the sidescreens in it.
