Will do. Had a good half hour road test with KH demonstrator. Once I'd found handbrake hidden in the depths, did find it a good stretch. Imagine anyone with less than average length arms or body would struggle. Had to help my parther Val when she had a go

Well my handbrake cable failed in Sorrento & you know with practice you don't need one. But I got it fixed to get back over the Alps.

Had to help my parther Val when she had a go My main issue is the 1/4 inch clearance between the handbrake button top and the razor sharp aluminium undertray edge to the dash  there was loads more clearance on the S1 Roadster I had

I now have seen a couple of in-stock new Roadsters advertised by German dealers with the "newly available" 5 link axle. My U.S. dealer says that the factory order system now lists the 5 link set-up as standard equipment and tells me that it will be on my newly ordered car, for which I supposedly have a build spot in 5 or 6 weeks. The revised and improved "Adjustable Platform Front Suspension" is an $1100 (USD) option and the "Brake Reaction Bar" is a $110 (USD) option. The rear disc brakes are not shown as either a factory or Aero Racing option that is available on a U.S. order. I have included both the front suspension and reaction bar options on my order.
I ordered the Roadster under the new Morgan program providing cars to the U.S. as "two stage" cars, with the car being sold by Morgan and delivered to the U.S. dealer without an engine (the first stage), and with the dealer then purchasing the engine from a separate company and installing it in their local dealership (the second stage).
The two stage program is available in most states here and gets around the requirement that the car otherwise does not meet U.S. federal crash and other standards generally required for cars provided by car "manufacturers." It has been used for years by Superformance and other Cobra "kit car" companies in their sale of cars in the U.S. minus engines, which are then supplied locally and installed by the dealers. Still, there are uncertainties about licensing as the procedures vary from state to state. Wish me luck.

You are a brave man and wishing you loads of luck in registration etc. You are going to love it wildly  .

Good luck & I guess then you will have a pretty unique car. Do you have to stick to the 3.7l Ford or can you put in the 5 l?

The program limits you to use of the Ford 3.7.

That does kind of make sense and not a mockery of the import thing.
Sounds like you will get yours quicker than the M3W boys are doing.
