Yes Richard! The first tank would not fit my Roadster as the inlet pipes were at the wrong angle. Williams redesigned the tank for the Roadster and it fits perfectly. I think the original is fine for the 4/4 and Plus 4 A’s the pipe angles are less severe/cramped than the Roadster. A nice bit of kit that looks better than the plastic tank and is easy to fit. And here is that very same installation which Jays had done. Didn't realise Williams had to redesign it for the Roadster but I can confirm that it now looks great and works perfectly. ![[Linked Image]](https://tm-img.com/images/2022/05/11/IMG_2251.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](https://tm-img.com/images/2022/05/11/IMG_2252.jpg)

Hello Craig, I had Simon manufacture one for me, It is similar shape to the plastic one, but rectangular and it is mounted square to the body. I don't like the Williams' design I think it looks too vintage for a Morgan and also it mounts squed to the body like the plastic Ford type. Had no problems at all with it.

it looks too vintage for a Morgan Got to admit, it's not often I see those words! I like the Mulfab design (actually might have been Simon when he was working with Peter) ![[Linked Image]](https://tm-img.com/images/2018/08/18/IMG_1584-1.jpg)

Hello Craig,
I don't like the Williams' design I think it looks too vintage for a Morgan Not really possible with a car that's been going since 1936 .........The plastic header tank looks too modern

Always thought vintage referred to cars produced in the period 1919 to 1930. my ref. was to the design of the header tank and not the Morgan 4.
