Thanks Austin - sure sounds like a perfect solution, albeit a naffin' expensive one. Annoyingly that trailer weight means that I could pull it and the tricycle behind my small (and unfortunately non-Aero8) tow-car without issue.

I'll request a lottery win maybe.

Phoenix have made a trailer similar to the one in the pics I posted earlier, there is a picture and description on page 14 of the July MTWC Bulletin. Price was quoted as £1700 for an unbraked version.

A much more sensible price..

The 2.5m shown in the pics with an infill is around £2000 to £2500. Trim the overall dimensions and you have a little cracker.

2.5m? Is that the width? wink

With single axle trailers presume you have to be a bit (more) careful with weight distribution to get to the hitch weight limit weight (80Kg on my car)?
Also brakes are needed for me (600Kg unbraked limit, which for a porky 5speeder means only 100Kg for a trailer!)...

I think for the Price some bespoke Trailer are offered you can buy something like this: Anssems Autotransportanhänger AMT 2000.400x188 Eco (weight 365kg without ramps, with dual axle, brake etc.)
When completet for a threewheeler it still would be usable with a 4wheeler.
You have to add a middle ramp etc., Problem is maybe the ground clearance!

Nice - https://anssems.com/shop/amt-1500-400x188-eco/ might work OK too - German quality. 2600 Euros with the infill per www.aluliner.com

No!!!
It is Dutch quality! I do not only prefer German products but also European and also British parts oops

I bought 3 trailer in the last year's from Aluline/ Kröger in Germany.
I think you get a lot for your money from Anssems.
I use a MSX2700 at the moment for cars, bikes and bikes with sidecar.

Three years ago I bought a twin axle tilt bed trailer from Hazlewood Trailers:

Hazlewood Trailers

It has been the most useful ‘accessory’ I’ve ever bought for my 5 Speeder. It’s found very much use in addition to its main purpose of transporting the Morgan to race venues.

Whatever trailer you choose, you’ll wonder how you ever managed without!
