Wonder what % of MMC's turnover and profit the visitor center tour and shop/restaurant represents?  Around 1.5%

A profitable business plan for the future might be to continue assembling trads for those on guided tours and then dismantling them out of sight of the visitors, in a continuous loop.

A profitable business plan for the future might be to continue assembling trads for those on guided tours and then dismantling them out of sight of the visitors, in a continuous loop. I thought so too, but I didn't dare to write it.

I'll throw my 2 pennies worth into this debate now I have an traditional and aluminium car.
I picked up my clubsport on Saturday from the factory and after 200 miles of what I'd describe as spirited driving I'd have to say WOW!
More than easily kept pace with Mrs A M2 BMW, a hoot to drive and a complete contrast to the Aero. Loved every minute of the drive back in the rain.
I got home to find junior waiting for me, he took it for a run around some local roads and is hooked.
Slowly going green

Plus 4 entry level race car. iirc but there again maybe he picked up a VW Golf Clubsport

Car looked good going off the start line John. Now I know why your Aero is still at MMC. Gave me an additional line on a tour yesterday regarding paint colour options

Sorry for the daft question John but what's a Clubsport ? Replacement for the 3 wheeler which wasn't getting used. Entry level race car for the Morgan Challenge Series, junior has decided to join me so we're sharing the seat, but not the bills!!! Car looked good going off the start line John. Now I know why your Aero is still at MMC. Gave me an additional line on a tour yesterday regarding paint colour options I'm glad I missed your toes. The Aero is in for some TLC so it might be in for a few weeks for the visitors amusement.
