When I first bought my M3W, the boot didn’t fit exactly evenly, off to the driver’s side a bit. My dealer’s technician adjusted it early on, but I notice it is becoming offset a bit again. Anyone had this issue and figured a way to adjust it?

Creative tweaking and bending. This car bends and flexes and vibrates all the time. Things move. Check the rubber pads on the boot as well as the side. Sometimes they detach or move. 3M window sealant works well as a glue for that. You might have to use force and squeeze the boot ends so that it 'wants' to stay centered.

What's your mileage? Who cares. Is it practical? See #1. What happens when it rains? You get wet.

I find that the rubber seal on the boot tray can cause the boot lid to not fully "seat" if the seal is dry. You can tell if this is the issue by removing the tray or removing the tray seal and see if your boot lid fully closes.

I put a very light smear of silicone grease on the outside of the seal which allows it to slide up into the boot lid and allow the lid to fully close. A bit of a nuisance as I'm always cleaning the grease off the boot lid as it attracts dirt.

Loosening the two nuts that secure the rear light and hinge assembly allow a surprising amount of adjustment movement of boot lid. Once you have it right though nipping them up should hold it in position indefinately.
