No, it’s a burgundy colour with 1966 “E” reg plates Simon Point of order  E suffix reg covered the whole of 1967. I should know I was well out of short trousers then Actually, D suffix was from Jan '66, until the E suffix came in later that year - August (IIRC) 1st. The E suffix then started in 1966 for 12 months with F suffix coming in in 1967. Not quite: 'D' reg was from 1/1/1966 to 31/12/1966 'E' reg was from 1/1/1967 to 31/7/1967 After this the letter changed on the 1st August every year.

Very true. It’s very comfortable car to drive, surprisingly practical ( al long as you park in the right place 🙄) and with air con, quite civilised. If I can get over this odd feeling I get ( not helped by the air con not working) I’ll keep the car. Simon
