Mine do that on both ASHP units plus all of the refrigeration checks and sampling the heating water glycol and top up if needed. I got several quotes and they were all similar.

Ken John thanks for comments granted energy costs rise not being a mathematician I look at my costs over 9 years and am using 30 % kw hours less
