A question for DaveW
Hi Dave can you please tell me the size of the round neoprene you used in the easy up header rail ?
I got some 10mm but it looks to thick .

Hi Jimmy, it was 4mm diameter, almost like a pencil lead.

Hi Dave,
I'm also interested in this topic.
The header rail of my Plus 4 is not waterproof when it rains heavily (it is leaking in the region of the mounting points of the sun visor [which I dont have]).
Could you post a photo of your header rail with the applied neoprene?

Hi Dave, the photo I couldn‘t find in the book but an explanation where to apply the neoprene (2-3 mm round Neoprene under the outer lip of the header rail seal without glueing, optional under the inner lip as well). So no need for a photo anymore. Thanks a lot!

My car also leaks a lot! So I am quite interested in this topic! I made some 4mm neoprene pieces to the A pillar. I hope, this helps a little bit!
What i still don´t get (sorry for that), is how you apply this neoprene to the header rail. Do you use a 2 x 2mm self adhesive neoprene roll? I think it has to be glued in some way I think?
