Is there a preferred supplier for neoprene Rather like the Royal Appointment seal award, many manufacturers are struggling to reach the highest standards but to the few who do so, there is the magnificent "DW Thumb" seal of Accreditation to chase. This accreditation isn't handed out lightly, and is currently with the independent adjudication panel who are working through the submitted samples. The qualities required vary from price per metre, longevity and adhesive ability through to availability in small quantities. Once the award short list has been made, the eventual finalist can enjoy the accolades of Morgan owners throughout the world. If this process takes too long, ebay is your friend.. I'll shut up now..

My car also leaks a lot! So I am quite interested in this topic! I made some 4mm neoprene pieces to the A pillar. I hope, this helps a little bit! What i still don´t get (sorry for that), is how you apply this neoprene to the header rail. Do you use a 2 x 2mm self adhesive neoprene roll? I think it has to be glued in some way I think? It depends on the spec of your header rail. Later rails have two lip seals on the front and rear face. The neoprene profile will slot inside the lip without using glue. Avoid glue on the seal!

If you are talking about the round neoprene for the Header rail, do you mean a U profile?

No the profile is round, like a solid tube/pencil lead.
