perhaps with all the money he has made, he can repay the various councils for the amount of vandalism he did with paint cans. Not meant in a rude manner but people often mis-understand that he has never made a penny from his work. I am a great fan. His work is amazing and does improve what was hitherto, in the main, blank grey concrete walls in run down areas.
He has opened our eyes to a new world of art. This. Very definitely this.

If councils have to clean up anything, surely it could be all the numerous, unnecessary yellow, red and white lines all over our roads.
