There are at least two of us here in Maryland whose cars (both roadsters) are finished and we are awaiting delivery. We will let you know about the rev hang. Given my own experience with an early 3W that I bought, I don't think that being an impatient and irritated USA customer has improved how the factory deals with Morgan's imperfections and tardy engineering efforts--still cost me $8K ultimately to bring the 3W up to something that is enjoyable to drive, and I still am experiencing issues ( the latest being an inoperable (new) urban cooling fan and the engine running hot even on a cool day at normal speed). But at least minor bumps don't jerk my wrists out of joint now, I can now hear the exhaust over the whining bevel box, and the frame has not cracked since it was reinforced. I have been convinced by many of you in the motherland that such pain is a necessary part of the Morgan experience and that I need to learn to enjoy it--I am trying hard and look forward to receiving my new $100K+ roadster--please slap me again, this time a little harder.

I take my hat off to you, you wear the hair shirt with considerable aplomb thumbs

Good luck with the Roadster do let us all know how you find it once you get to the helm.

ISIS have a propane powered turbo +8 for sale.

Not heard of that before - expected to see a big Calor gas bottle in place of the spare wheel!

I'd not heard of them being turbocharged either - it looks a big tank slung under the rear end though.

I think propane was quite a common conversion. Emissions perhaps in California?

Yes I was aware of the emissions work around with propane but hadn't realised they were turbocharged.

. Pistonheads say it is common to turbo charger lPG fuelled cars. I think at one time only LPG +8s were allowed ln the USA.

.+8 Now gone for a 1800 4/4. Duratec in bright yellow.
