Perhaps if Mark Evans is monitoring this thread he could let us know whether Stage 1 pipes have been discontinued (I have been waiting for mine for quite a while)? If they are coming back into stock, some idea of when would be helpful.

On both sides, where the exhaust-tube from the cat enters the muffler (sorry, I believe this is the US term, I don't know the British one...). According to my dealer the factory used thinner material as before for my version of the Stage 1 kit.

Update - my dealer has received my pipes and another ordered Stage 1 kit. He thinks they are still available.
