 Anyone we know? It does annoy me that summer visitors arrive here with their toys, collect parking tickets and then go home, often abandoning their toys as it isn't worth taking them back to Qatar, Dubai and other places. I'd give it a home....!!

Wow! London is full of visitors and idiots, who knew?????  Anyway, that guy isn’t a visitor, he’s a plumber from Hackney road, he just uses those plates so he can do what he likes. The parking ticket is a fake too, he slaps one on himself, then nobody bothers him all day. Bogs don’t unblock themselves you know, it can take a while.

Wow! London is full of visitors and idiots, who knew????? Anyway, that guy isn’t a visitor, he’s a plumber from Hackney road, he just uses those plates so he can do what he likes. The parking ticket is a fake too, he slaps one on himself, then nobody bothers him all day. Bogs don’t unblock themselves you know, it can take a while. I've always wondered if fitting middle eastern plates would give a degree of immunity to parking tickets and other misdemeanours. What is the probability of getting caught, especially if the plates were cloned from a real plate....?
