Just reading a couple of threads here that had a discussion on wheel sizes and the tyres on the Supersport... I wonder if I have the wrong wheels on my 2012 built plus 4 sport. It was an ex demo. And is running 205/65 15 tyres. So is it safe to assume they are 6.5 inch rims?

I have to say after a session at Snetterton I think it over tyred.... I could get no drift at all... loads of grip then nothing. But of course that could have been down to driver inexperience.

Sounds like you have the wider “Sport” wires fitted. Most Plus4s have the standard 6” wide wires with 195 tyres. There’s no reason why you shouldn’t fit that size tyre to your existing rims.

When I replaced my standard alloys with Minilites on my Roadster, I dropped a size to 195/65/15 and it certainly improved the feel of the car. Morgans really don’t suit wide tyres unless they are Aeros.

Useful rolling radius v tyre size calculator here.

Helpful in determining gearing effects (and speedo accuracy) when swapping sizes.
