Well I gave it a try and I love their engineering skills but the rest of it is not for me. I thought it got a bit tedious at times.

Well I gave it a try and I love their engineering skills but the rest of it is not for me. I thought it got a bit tedious at times. Just the same for me Bob, Martin commented also that he wondered if he would live long enough to see the project completed and it was a bit pedestrian to me.

I've only just noticed this thread and boy was I disappointed, I thought is was going to be about Binky from "Made in Chelsea" Silly old devil!!!  I don't know of Binky in any context whatsoever Reg Binky was one of the "lovelies" in that reality show about posh young people spending their days in pursuit of fun. The girlies are mostly rather nice.
Here for a good time not a long time!!

It's not on at the present time Rich, it should be back later in the autumn. It's rather pathetic really but like Rock and Roll, I like it, like it, yes I do !!!
It's on E4 on Freesat.

I'm a recent viewer of Project Binky and I have to agree that the work they turn out is amazing but more than that, their approach to problem solving is fascinating.
I'm still playing catch up and last night I watched 10 and 11 which included a whole section on bump steer and Ackermann.
As I'm still playing catch up, no spoilers please for the next week or so until I get to 19.
I don't want to know if Nik smashes one of his tea mugs in frustration. That's it, I've caught up now with episode 19. I guess if they keep up the current blistering pace we should get episode 20 in 2 or 3 months time. Looking forward to it.

They're doing well at the moment, Ep 20 is just out. a fascinating arrangement for driving the alternator located above the gearbox using a flexible shaft.
