Guy Martin always reminds me of a modern day Fred Dibnah.
Tony Fred = Heights Guy = Speed Both would be (would have been) great to have a beer with.

Heights could be translated into speed if you do t watch where you put your feet! Very true. You wouldn't get me doing what he did in a month of Sundays. Both very interesting blokes.

If the internet is to be believed Guy Martin still holds down a full time job at his local Scania dealer as a vehicle fitter and does all this other stuff in his spare time. Nice story if it is true. Yep, true, I went to the live interview he did in Sheffield earlier this year (with Suzy Perry) top bloke, even managed to get a quick chat later one to one, he was grasping a big mug of Yorkshire tea and still had mucky fingernails and oily hands  And thanks to my patient wife, here's the photo
