do we think the factory is amenable to requests for a beep free car? Don't worry, the beeps are drowned out by the squeaks BMW have a team of engineers investigating the cause of squeaks and rattles on their cars, don't recall seeing the squeaks and rattles dept at Morgan on the factory tour I did.

BMW have a team of engineers investigating the cause of squeaks and rattles on their cars, don't recall seeing the squeaks and rattles dept at Morgan on the factory tour I did. BMW's team is focused on removing squeaks and rattles. MMC have a dedicated team of specialists who ensure that every Morgan possesses at least 3 untraceable squeaks, rattles and clonks. These are guaranteed to last at least for the life of the components and often beyond.

My 4/4 only beeps in three situations - and then only when Management is in the passenger seat:
1) Over speed warning - why do MMC put the speedo right in front of her?
2) Low fuel warning - anything less than 1/2 a tank leads to a low grumbling noise. Below a 1/4 tank it turns into an incessant whine.
3) Over enthusiastic cornering warning
All these are easily drowned out by changing down a couple of gears.

My beeps actually disappear as I drive faster but then come back very loud when I stop.

You need a dynamic volume adjustment for the management, so... very quiet, barely audible when you stop.
