They must have used a hovering haggis as a camera mount.... They are extremely rare beasties indeed and were once thought to be extinct. They congregate in remote glens and only respond to certain tunes played on specially made bagpipes that have been tuned to sound like Nessie. I once thought I saw one - but then went back to drinking my malt. Ah well... maybe one day I will spot one.

Saw it a few months ago and it's still excellent. Here, have a video of Whyte & Mackay master blender Richard Paterson: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zjrkd_RZFFY

Excellent piece, I did find myself wondering how it was filmed, did Robert Carlyle memorise the whole thing, the perfect timing of the verse with the props. Perhaps I have missed the whole point and should sit down relax and pour one myself.

It took 40 takes to get the right one!
