Yes. I,ve had the car from new in 2014, you need a high quality EU4 compliant cat. It's passed its mot twice with that and scraped through emissions but we had to rev the car for a while to get it really hot. It's best to keep the old manifold and cat just in case there,s an mot issue. It should only take an hour or so to swap them over for the test -- though I,ve not had to. PCV is not relevant to MOT.
