I woukd like to Stewart, but I need the number plate where it is to cover the brackets and aperture. I should of gone to Cain (Wolf) for the valance then it would of worked

"I was bored this afternoon, so I decided to loose the front number plate box, make new extended brackets to lower the valance and fit the plate directly to the valance."

You should have listened to some music Craig, that would have cheered you up!

I will send you a picture of my garage sound system (they play music)
I listen to Jaz funk whilst working on the Mog. It’s great you should try it some time

Craig, nice job, and if you decide to keep it like that and want to sell your old box, do please let me know first, as I'm looking for a box for mine.

That's jolly clean, Craig..

You have space for another honker in there, too..

Looks lovely, well done.

Nice job Craig, I've got rid of my box too but mounted the plate in front of the valance on drop brackets which share the lower grille holes

Craig, this is how I did mine

I wanted some airflow to still get to the valance grille

You can just see the stainless 'drop brackets' on this close up, the Perspex plate is backed up with a sheet of Ali and the brackets are very slightly formed with an outward twist so that when tightening the bolts up it stresses the plate to form a bow that shadows the lower grill curve

Close up here..
