Thanks to GLLHG,Robbie,cerealsurfer and Boshly for this further information.
I have printed out the Handbook photos which cerealsurfer sent and will enlarge them to A4 size,which I assume, is the size of the actual Handbook.

Handbook is A5... so if you print out A4 double-sided you should be able to fold in half and get the original.

I have a 4/4 Efi handbook that at a quick glance looks pretty much as cerealsurfers. I will look in more detail to see what differences there are.
