Morgan buys the engines from USA so fall in the pound would affect the factory gate price. No doubt a lot of the other materials & parts are imported.

MMC bought 45 new motors from S&S back in July, I know because I got the 46th direct from Wisconsin. I believe that was to fulfill orders for the next 12 months.

Well I've just been informed my build specs are locked and I'm assigned a 'Week 8' build slot - only one week back from 7 which was my initial pick. In good shape so far and real excited to see it come together and get it...

I ordered my new custom M3W from Pete Larsen and had it within 3 months. Seems production goes in waves. Happy to drive it for Christmas!

Thanks guys! Even if she's delayed a bit more than 1 week (initially I picked week 7) I should still have it for spring. The price has already dropped a little too since I put down a deposit and picked my specs. It's funny to think about currency fluctuations in buying a car. I explained the way it works to a couple of people that enjoy talking cars and I had them chuckling.
