Love the Ferret

My cousin 25 years ago used to ride around in a Willis Jeep as a daily driver which wouldn’t have been that remarkable other than he had a replica large machine gun mounted in the back

After he sold that he then bought and rode around in an American Hearse which was a bit more remarkable because he then had a coffin permanently in the back

Style runs in the family!

We had a grave digger locally in Totnes that had a British hearse complete with coffin - that's Totnes for you always special grin2 .

Ours uses a Bobcat that makes more sense to me laugh2

I will admit to being a part owner of a Daimler Majestic Major Hearse at one point when I was young. And stupid. Too many questionable things occured and looking back I do regret several of them. Never caused harm but to mis-quote Kenny Everett "It was not all done in the best possible taste".

Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

Our local funeral director is an old friend.
I do wish he would not ask how I’m feeling, when we meet.

Bet the school run Mums ignore that one Steve. Around here they totally ignore a Land Rover 127" with full winch bumper on the front.

Yes JB 4x4 live in a different time parallel when it comes to prices even compared to other classic LR dealers.

They did have this interesting Cuthbertson conversion of 1958 S2 on comission, when I last visited.

If we get snow deep enough for that Richard, I'll stay at home! smile
They were quite a conversion. There is, or was, one at Gaydon museum IIRC.

One of my favourite films is Harold & Maud and that converted Jag. I saw it first in an open roofed cinema in Tunisia in 77.

See them every day a bloke purchased the old huge COOP a few hundred yards away and its full of army tanks etc etc . He also has a bit of land next to it and parks them on the road at times . Oddly the kids have no interest at all . Also one huge tank trailer . uk

I'd be happy with a forward control V8 Land Rover.

They just look fantastic.

And if I had the garage of my dreams....and I do have a recurring dream of discovering this old dilapidated village garage, covered in undergrowth, I would rebuild one of these 101's................
