Don’t you just love some aspects of modern life....

Found out about the book by this forum. Looked it up on Amazon, ordered at 11.25 yesterday on line.

11.21 today text arrives to tell me that the book has arrived at the Amazon locker (where I’d asked for it to be sent)

12.00 it’s unpacked, sat next to my chair alongside a cup of coffee for an afternoon of self indulgence.

There’s a lot of things I don’t like about modern life, but being able to do this sort of thing is brilliant!

@bobthe train - indeed, a gimlet is for wood but I’d read somewhere that not only are the chassis on Morgan’s made from wood, but so are the gearboxes, and prop shaft is actually a broom handle drive
