Factory may only sell demonstrators but what a lot if those they seem to have had in the past 12 months! More than ever before IMO. Sympathies to Holdens. Who’s next to join the protest?

Indeed. One hopes they haven't lost out too much financially.

Looks like they've discounted the existing stock significantly, like a new 3W at £35k

In 2016, collection from the factory cost an additional £slice.

When I was there initially the factory was selling direct to the customer....that’s how I bought my 4/4.
When Dennis DeRoos took over sales, he stopped direct sales and we had to refer all potential customers to their local dealer. I feel for the likes of Holdens. They have obviously invested a lot in setting up the dealership and must feel rather let down by the factory with their about turn on sales.

I suspect that with sales slowing and trying to meet targets, there are a number of pre-registered cars that the factory want to move on.

I did wonder what effect the factory's 'Black Friday' sale would have on Holden Morgan dealership on the quietest time of year.

That is a pity, didn't they only start selling cars quite recently?
Our local dealer, Stratton Motors, gave up a few years back due to the cost of getting cars in ( so I was informed ) Thankfully they still are an accredited service agent and of course we have Krazy Horse only 50+ miles away so we are quite well serviced.

Here for a good time not a long time!!

Thought the Holden pricing looked very sharp all of a sudden, the factory were very firm on not dealing direct with me last year even though I wasn't from the UK a number of Kiwis have had successful dealings through Williams though.
