Thanks Bob. You've probably realised that the leather is 'Shell' but the photo makes it look a bit lighter. The exterior colour was required to tone nicely with my wife's nail varnish laugh2. We are really pleased with how it turned out.

Thanks Oz! My test drive was a 4/4 so I have a fond memory of that as my first Morgan drive and I agreed with our sales chap that it feels nice and nimble especially on some of our twisty little roads. We have ambitions to do some continental touring so opted for the Plus 4 thinking we might benefit from it having slightly 'longer legs'.

Tom, My Grandfather was an Essex man before he moved to Oz and started a very successful automotive engineering business.
My father joined that business and loved sports cars.
I still remember the car he drove when I was a very little bloke - a 1948 Vauxhall Tourer in a colour VERY similar to your lovely Morgan....

I thought a darker leather might work well with the paint colour but opted for a light interior to make the small cockpit feel a bit less confined. Our other car has light coloured leather and after three years I'm surprised how clean it remains. I think it's key to keep the leather well 'fed' so that it has some resistance to dirt getting ingrained. My worry is recovery vehicle drivers; one left me with grimy interior door handles that would never clean up completely on a previous car.

That’s a great combo Espirt thumbs

I’m also a big fan of light interiors, all our vehicles have (approximately) magnolia apart from Swmbo’s Fiat Spider which has tan as it’s a choice of tan or black with no light option. I just make sure we keep on top of cleaning.

Like the door stops - are they the Librands ones? Did you fit them and if so was it hard to do? They’re on my fettling list but mirrors must be first..

Enjoy the car woohoo

Lovely

Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

Hi Wolfie. The door stops are factory standard fittings. They work very well and happily they look very good too,

Hi Wolfie, I bought the door straps from Williams and they were very easy to fit. It is a 15 minutes job and they look like very nice. Best regards
