Hello all,
You can tell how erudite I can be. I have just acquired one of these for our ride to England at the end of this month. The instructions are clear regarding the position on the windscreen and on our Skoda shed it's obvious that it should work but I thought I would ask if anyone has used one on their Morgan and if so was it positioned behind the mirror or to the right slightly. Thank you in advance for any advice.

We have one fitted behind the mirror in the tintop, because we don’t have a spare adhesive bracket in the Mog SWMBO just holds it up as we go through a peage, works without any problem even with the 30kph gates.

I have a heated windscreen in my Roadster so the Telepeage blipper thingy won't work from inside the car, unless the roof is off, when it can be held above the windscreen. If it's on then 'er indoors holds it out of the window. They are extremely useful.

Yes I've used it on my morgan behind the electric windscreen for trips to our house down in the Charente. Ive positioned it just behind the mirror. Works perfectly hood up or down.

I also have used it in the volvo v90 and v60, both with electric windscreen heating. Again no issues. Even on the 30kph drive through channels.

Mine works fine with a heated screen, roof up or down. Just make sure you put it in the recommended position.

Saves a huge amount of time and aggravation at pay points.

The blipped worked fine for me on our trip through France last year.
As you look at the front of the Morgan, I have positioned it just right of the interior mirror. The car has the heater windscreen. A real time saver.

Works very well in our 4/4. Installed just behind the mirror at the top of the screen. No signs of any differences hood up vs hood down. Our car has a heated screen.

Saves lots of time at the tolls - particularly useful when it starts to rain heavily and you need to leave the Peage to find a spot to erect the hood and all the service stations and rest stops nearby are closed.

Ok, I need an explanation as to what is a telepeager blipper. Not a term I am familiar with on this side of the pond.

At the moment I have both the French Télépéage VINCI Autoroutes and the Italian Autostrada Telepass. Both now have validity in other countries such as Spain but the Italian Telepass can now be used in France, Spain, and Portugal.
The cost of use is a little higher than the French one (€2.50 as against €2.00 in the months that it is used outside Italy) but I don't think it makes a great deal of sense to have two devices that do pretty much the same thing. I more or less have to have the Italian one and it costs €1.26 a month for the basic service. I actually pay a little more for the premium service which gives me free roadside assistance if I need it.
For the French one it only costs me €2.00 in the months that I use it but if I don't use it for 14 months the charge is €10.00

Once I update my Italian one to the international version I will close the French one.

As far as mounting it is concerned I have a Velcro strap to hold whichever one I am using to the top of the sun visor.

It's an electronic device that is read by sensors at the barriers to the péage.

You pay a few Euros annually for it (very few) and the tolls automatically come off your bank account. It means you can pass through the barriers without stopping.
