After having to deal at length with Vodafone Automotive for the second time in a week to get their Tracker working on two different cars, this occasion on Sunday unsuccessfully with my Aeromax, I have decided to try get this problem product deleted from my cars where possible.
Can anyone recommend an insurance company that does not stipulate a Tracker for cars over £75k value (as my current insurance company does)?

Have you tried the approved Mog insurers as listed in Miscellany, eg Gott & Wynne, Headley, etc ?

Heritage
Both insured Tarka, agreed value £79.500 without the need for a Tracker.
BUT it may be post code lottery: I live in the SP post code area where risks are deemed to be low. I suspect in a city it may be different.
A side comment from Tracker, they will not fit it to a Plus 8 or any open car that doesn't have a locked boot or bonnet.

Try EQUITY INSURANCE 01277 206 911. . It used to be Boncaster I have been with them since the 1980s except for a couple of years .

Try EQUITY INSURANCE 01277 206 911. . It used to be Boncaster I have been with them since the 1980s except for a couple of years . Same here and no tracker required for my plus 8 even when new.

Liverpool Victoria don't need a tracker for mine.... I didn't want one either having had trackers fitted on previous cars.

Liverpool Victoria don't need a tracker for mine.... I didn't want one either having had trackers fitted on previous cars. Oddly I found the opposite, my Merc E-class was insured with LV, when I changed it for a GL-class they wouldn't insure it without a tracker. I went on-line and quickly insured it with another company for a similar premium but no requirement for a tracker.

The house, Audi and +4 are with LV but they wouldn't insure the Aero - unsure if it was value or performance related or something else.

Both tin-tops and the house are with LV, but they wouldn't offer cover on the Plus 8, said it was too specialist.
