Another Lambo gem.
Good to see they are still challenging the styling with their Lambo signature looks.

Yes I know, I realised as soon as I’d posted, but I couldn’t be bothered changing it. I should have asked Hamwich or Bobthetrain if an Oxford comma could be used. I didn’t think so as it wasn’t a list. The sentence was in reply to a question which already inferred that it, ( the Lamborghini),was a wider car, maybe if i’d Included the full quote in the post, it would have made more sense, but then that makes for very long and repetitive posts which is something I don’t really enjoy. Would the sentence work with a comma before “and”? Or perhaps it’s just a bad sequence of words and should read, “ compared to ordinary cars, it’s a couple of inches wider and it’s narrower than campervans.” idea

I’m confused too now, but I’d still be perfectly happy to drive around in a Lamborghini. laugh2

It's really funny that there is a brand, a car model for every target group. From my point of view, Lambos have really worked hard for their reputation, supported by the reputation of their customers - from football players to the shady underworld.

Unfortunately it's really like this when I take a glance into a Lambo, then there's...always! a pushy-looking pimp type or a much too young member of the rather Middle Eastern world community inside. And so they start at the traffic light. Probably I live in the wrong city...

I'd take a Muira any day over one of these moderns... grin2

Heinz, if you ever meet the lady owner of this car, you will find she is a lovely person, happy to talk (about the car and just about any other subject), but I think that probably applies to most owners of classic motors.
She is on the left in this photo (I always try to have a chat when she brings the car to Prescott):

Graham, yes owners of classic cars are different and most of them are always very friendly. The Muira is a rare and very welcome exception, not only in the world of the Lamborghinis but in comparison to most cars.

I wonder how Lamborghini as a company is run , how much of the decision making is done by the Italian local workforce compared to Volkswagen the owners. The brand new factory only recently completed of 160k sq m is massive and must have cost a lot plus all the internal equipment. And its a very niche sports car , how many are they hoping to sell ?
