The wife ordered a nice new flying jacket off the inter web on the 18th Dec it's now today and no jacket contacted the company only to be told don't worry it should be ready by the 21st of Feb. As any other member had this problem. I don't won't to name the company but they make jackets made to measure

if you ordered on 18th Dec,due to Christmas shutdown it is unlikely for jacket to be started until early January. Six weeks plus a week for delivery is standard clothing trade practice for made to measure, 21st Feb sounds about right, allthis should have been made clear when you placed the order. Also bear in mind just because the company is in the UK there is no guarantee that jacket will be made here [unless specifically mentioned in the ad or small print] - orders are dispatched by email to all corners of the globe.

Including suits - even some reputable names (who will charge you plenty) will outsource to India. You have been warned...

Brilliant, whatever the issue TM seems to have someone who can talk knowledgeably about it.
