Yes Veloce Publishing sent out a request via MSCC last month for someone to write a Morgan Buyers Guide

Another book Dave?

Funny thing was, I offered my original book to Veloce, but they left it without getting back to me for about six weeks, and by then Crowood had jumped on it.

A Plus 8 buyers guide would be a nightmare to get anywhere near right, and there isn't enough material for a stand alone book about just buying a Plus 8. Or just the Plus 4.

There's a definitive Plus 8 book in progress right now. It's not me! And I won't share any more details but it will be a must have book.

Something to look forward to!

Entertaining enough episode, but way too many people around for a great driving road.

Not having known of Chris before, I quite like his style, pity he doesn’t seem to like the car though.

Annoying silver balance weights on black wire wheels!!!

Painted mine black when I had an all black 4/4 on black wires.

Just looks finished in my opinion

Still really enjoying the series

Thought tonight’s was a nice watch

That silver wheel weight is bugging me though

And the constant trapping of the hood in the sidescreen until the very end

I enjoyed it, though slamming the doors makes me cringe as does the hood trapped in the side screens.

I enjoyed it but A30? They seemed to have kept off it a lot of the time! I was amused by the amount of luggage Chris had and they still managed to fit in a picnic table and chairs 🙄

I'll have to watch the re-run.
Fell asleep somewhere around them pushing first vintage car.
They were in a pub when I woke up...

The pub with the everlasting fire? Blimey that place brought back memories! I’ve only been once. My wife had just died and I was moping about aimlessly and my motor bike club persuaded me to meet up with them there for a weekend camping on Dartmoor. My first camping since a teenager....cheap (very) tent and sleeping bag....and it got me hooked. My wife would have turned over in her grave as she hated the idea of anything without an en-suite!
A weekend of memories....the most amazing stars...I was use to West Midlands light pollution....sliding down a very steep narrow gravelled lane on Dartmoor with my abs going ten to a dozen and an elderly lady in a Morris Minor reversing all the way down quite rapidly so I didn’t hit her😳. And then at the end of the weekend turning west instead of straight home...I fancied Lands End. Of course the heavens opened and the rest of the trip was very wet...I arrived home cold and soaked around 3am.
