I am sure their must be an easy way of lubing the fwd spring mounting bushes.
Any tips as my near side has developed an annoying squeak.

All the motion here should be flex in the rubber bushes. Squeaking could indicate a loose through bolt or a bad bush. Lube (oil or grease) is destructive to rubber and will greatly shorten the life of a bush.

I did this in the dry weather last summer. My silicone spray can had a thin plastic tube attached to the nozzle. I was able to insert it into a drinking straw and shoot it up through the gap in the heel board that the spring passes through.
