We just say Wuster Sauce.
Obviously Henderson's Relish is way better. We have just finished a bottle of the relish and I was thinking that it had a much more rounded and softer flavour than Worcester Sauce. I then noticed as I was dispatching it to the recycling bin that this particular bottle was stamped 'Best before August 2006'!

The Henderson's factory was near my office so we got used to the smell. I think they are still in the same buildings.
Yorkshire Crisps do a Henderson's Relish flavor which is very nice...…….

Talking of sauces
A good friend of mine who is Jamaican recommended a Jamaican sauce called Pickapeppa sauce
It’s not hot, it’s more like a cross between HP brown sauce, Tabasco and Wustersher sauce
It’s fantastic on anything
Anybody else tried it?

Peter Piper recommended that sauce.

Also Wikipedia Chester (placename element)
The English place-name Chester, and the suffixes ... the exception being "Cirencester", which is pronounced in full. Except that many of the true locals pronounce it "sister"

Except that many of the true locals pronounce it "sister" I've read that before, and I've heard people say that "locals pronounce it 'sister'" but after over 50 years living less than 10 miles away from the place, I've never actually heard it said. Most people I know call it 'Ciren' if they abbreviate it.

I was at college in the 70s with a chap who called it sister. Not being a native Gloucestershire person I had to ask for a repeat, he then called it Ciren!

I suppose four syllable single place names are relatively rare.
Most place names get shortened hereabouts............
