I usually say Woosteh or perhaps Wuster (closest I can get it) sometimes Wustasher (final syllable as in her). It is, of course, a modern variation on Garum and probably would have been used when Worcester was a Roman castrum

Wuster sauce is one of my staple foods, but only the one and only from Lea & Perrins. From the chicken fricassee to the pepper, this elixir of life is always there. Much to the annoyance of my better half when she has cooked so lovingly and I rape in her eyes the beautiful recipe. Unfortunately my son is infected by me.
The standard German says "Worschestersauce".

I do exactly the same with HP sauce identical taste but with a higher viscosity - equally popular with management  Had some tonight on my Black pudding - a great combination.

Wusstercher Easy  We tend to soften the last syllable, so it's more like Wusstersher, but normally we just say 'Lea and Perrins'.
