Steve Simmonds ( www.simmonds.uk.com ) I think sells them. Worth a try, anyway. Let's hope you'll need 'em!

I got my set from the factory via the dealer. No one told me that they came in colours - so they are Black (ok for you Neil). They do hit the rear view mirror preventing them swinging right down, despite sliding them to the sides as far as they will go. They seem wider than the factory ones I had on the 4/4 with the same mirror??? Like some I have seen they do not have the cut away corners needed to miss hitting the latest big factory mirror so I am now considering changing the mirror for the smaller Librands SS type. They do make good wind deflectors though.

OE only available via your dealer, not directly from factory. As per my previous thread I am still having problems keeping mine up so I am still investigating how to increase friction

Frank I have often dreamed of having some sun visors, maybe in red. However I read on the Simmonds site that short of a degree in mechanical engineering they are tricky to fit. The windscreen frame et al has to be removed, is this the same with your dealer version

the visors sound like trouble..............tho I dumped the horrid ford escort style rear view mirror when I got the carin favour of the smaller SS type-nowI can see the fns wing when I turn left! The round door mirrors also look better, and I can use them for reversing, unlike the originals!

David, I got a set of sun visors for Christmas which came from Melvyn Rutter, I believe. They are a smoked plexiglass material and have sufficient cut out to go past the large stainless interior mirror from Heart of England which I also got!!!
The top frame of my windscreen had posts built in and the visors just screwed in - no modification whatever needed. I find them particularly good in low sunshine - you can look through them like good sunglasses!
Cheers!

It amazes me that they I had to have them retro fitted as an extra on the 'standard fully specked' Centenary Roadster 100? Perhaps Mr Morgan thinks we only go out at night because it came with a Map Light fitted.

Do they work as wind deflectors as well?
