The new plus 6! Its appeared in the Aero threads, the Trad threads and here . Is it an Aero? I reckon not since the name does conjure some vague idea of aerodynamics which, for all its other considerable merits, it doesnt have. Is it a Trad? I dont think so since it owes nothing but styling to the traditional Morgan.
So how about another category for the 6? And do we start referring to the MMMC for Modern Morgan Motor Comapany?

I don't really care what category people want to put it in, looks great to me. +3. The Plus 8 was a bridge between Aero and Trad. The new Plus 6 continues that trend. Ultimately, the Aero/Trad difference will disappear...they will just be Morgans.

The thing is, for the money I would rather have a current Roadster.
Yes it's a triumph of design without a doubt but as released its not for me. Maybe a manual gearbox will emerge, but auto is a red line. And I like a rear mounted spare.
And although the wheels look good, they're not wires!
So although I like it a lot, its a Morgan for others, like the Aero is!

Well done Morgan for daring to enter the 21st century. This should at the very least keep the company going for a few more decades. It is not a car I would buy though as it is not what I like in a Morgan but good for them.
Here for a good time not a long time!! Reg

Maybe a manual gearbox will emerge, but auto is a red line. At least it is rear wheel drive and front mounted engine.
