Oh dear, this is a difficult one...

Lets just say some warranty issues, (IMO, several of which should not have got past PDI) I'm happy now and I certainly don't want to appear too negative, the easy stuff I just do myself, because I'm a pedant when it comes to my cars

The return drive home was great, but dangerously windy on the motorway, so finally I'm falling back in love with the new Roadster

Yes I have.
100 miles , 3.5 hours to do a 1 hour journey over normally 67 miles. Back from the dealership with a brand new Florence.
Yay yay and thrice yay. Rubbish weather but we floated all the way home!!!!!! 🥳

Also, drove about 100 miles from Bridport over to Bickleigh in Devon for a Fossilmog lunch. A few Morgans braved the not so good weather forecast but it actually wasn’t too bad, just a little drizzle.
The old SatNav however took us down some rather challenging single track roads but, thankfully, not a tractor or trailer in sight.
The trip back down to Honiton via the A30 allowed me to open her up and check out how good the wheel balancing recently done at ATS was. It was ok until 70mph when there was an annoying wobble. So, another visit beckons to let them have another go!
Nice to get some miles under me after the winter lay up though.

I am assuming you ate at Bickleigh Mill, if so was it good.
We are going on a Church Bell ringing outing visiting several towers up there in a few weeks and thought that would be a good place for a luncheon. Last time we ate there around 10 years ago it was good.

Master of understatement Jon. Nonetheless brilliant works for me. Unlike a rental I can now enjoy that experience whenever I want. I will not take it for granted I can assure you! I will sleep well tonight I reckon....

No. Our Leader chose the Fisherman’s Cot and it was not good. Couldn’t even come close to recommending it as it was probably one of the worst meals we have had. I think our Leader chose it because of the very reasonable food prices as well as the lovely location and big car park, but I would prefer to pay twice as much and be sure of getting better fare. Hey ho, always good to meet up with the other Fossilmoggers and enjoy the drive. But, personally speaking, I will not be inclined to go back for the food.

Oh thanks, we'll know to avoid that one then.

Bickleigh Mill was always good, but I haven't been there for maybe 7 years.
